What changed in CS2
Source 2 engine (different memory layout). Sub-tick networking (new aimbot prediction math). VACnet 3.0 (behavior AI). FACEIT AC v4.7 (kernel-level). Every CS:GO cheat assumed Source 1 — none of it ported.

Why DMA survived the transition
DMA reads memory blindly. As long as someone updates the offsets (we do, within 6 hours of every patch), the same hardware works on CS2 that worked on CS:GO. Captain DMA cards from 2022 still run 2026 firmware.
