1. Data We Collect

Order email, shipping address (hardware only), Telegram username, payment TX hash, hardware fingerprint of the DMA PC (for license binding). Nothing else.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

No phone numbers, no IDs, no IP logs beyond 24h, no in-game data, no telemetry from the cheat itself. The launcher does not phone home outside license validation.

3. Storage

Customer database is hosted on encrypted volumes in Frankfurt (EU). Backups are end-to-end encrypted and rotated every 30 days. Order records are purged after 24 months unless legally required to retain.

4. Crypto Payments

Transactions live on public ledgers. We store only the TX hash for order matching. We do not link wallets to identities.

5. Third Parties

Shipping carriers (DHL, DPD, SF Express) receive only the data required to deliver the package. No marketing, no resale, no analytics processors.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Request export or deletion of your data at any time via support@dma-cheats.com. We respond within 14 days.
