Software Subscriptions

No refund after key activation (the key is hardware-locked on first launch). Before activation: full refund within 7 days. If our pipeline causes a confirmed mass detection, remaining subscription time is refunded pro-rata.

Hardware (DMA, Fuser, Makcu, Kmbox)

14-day return window if unopened and in original anti-static packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Refund issued within 3 business days of warehouse receipt.

Defective Hardware

Free replacement for life on manufacturing defects. We pay return shipping both ways. DOA units shipped from the closer of our two warehouses (Vilnius / Shenzhen).

Customs Seizure

We reship once free of charge using a different carrier and declaration. If the second shipment also fails, full refund minus the original shipping cost.

Chargebacks

Not applicable — we accept crypto only. Refunds are sent back to the originating wallet (or any wallet you specify) in the same asset as the original payment.
