1. Scope

These Terms cover the sale and use of DMA cards, Fuser devices, Makcu / Kmbox input devices, firmware updates and our CS2 software (the "Product"). Use of the Product implies full acceptance of this document.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase. The Product is sold strictly as a research / educational tool for the buyer's personal hardware. You are solely responsible for how you use it.

3. License

Software licenses are personal, non-transferable and hardware-locked to one DMA PC fingerprint. You may relocate the key twice per calendar month free of charge; additional resets are billed.

4. Acceptable Use

You acknowledge that using the Product inside online games may violate the publisher's Terms of Service and result in account or hardware bans. We do not encourage or guarantee any specific outcome on any platform.

5. Anti-Cheat & Detection

Anti-cheat systems change without notice. We provide best-effort updates but cannot guarantee permanent undetection. Subscription time is refunded pro-rata in the rare event of a confirmed mass detection caused by our pipeline.

6. Liability

We are not liable for game bans, account loss, hardware damage caused by user error, customs seizure, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in Vilnius courts.
